Interests
- Netball – or at least this was my main interest when I lived in the UK. I have been a netball player and member of a team from the ages of 8-25 (when I moved to the USA). I have coached, umpired and captained the team at my secondary school, Pendle College at Lancaster University and Llanrumney Ladies in Cardiff, UK. I really miss it.
- Reading – there is usually a book in my bag, and quite often not one related to physics. Quite probably you’ll find a book from the Discworld Series, a collection of books I am constantly rereading.
- Running – I am by no means fast or very good, but I do enjoy running wherever I find myself. I have completed a few half marathons, and hope to complete more this year.
